My name is Karen, I'm a Brazilian living in my second country in Europe (hoping to be the last:)). The nickname "Apple" has been following me since the first time I accessed internet when I was about 11 years old and I had to choose a username for my first e-mail. Apple (at that time, in Portuguese), was the first thing it came to my mind and it picked up among my friends later. And I also have an apple tattoo! I graduated in Graphic Design in Brazil, but looking for a new hobby, I decided to take cake decorating classes while living in the USA (2007-2010) and since then, I'm in love with baking, decorating and desserts. Noah's Ark Cake Topper...

This was a cake topper I made for a cake designer friend of mine for a baby shower. First time I've done a "freelance" work lol Inside was styro foam, the rest of the decorations and animals were marshmallow fondant. She's gonna take a picture of the whole cake set up and then I'll post it here.
