Red Velvet Cake with a "Heart" filling...


I didn't think it would work at all when I bought this Wilton set of pans, but it did!!! I'm very surprised and loved the result!!! But I have to say I was very careful. I greased a little with that easy cake release spray and made sure I filled the cavities all the way to the top, with cream cheese icing, by the way. And I carefully, put them together as well. Then, I decorated and it was time for pictures, which I did very careful too (lots of "careful") :P I didn't want to mess up the heart and the picture. I had to put my cake back into the fridge every 5 minutes because of the weather, it's getting very warm. For this I couldn't try something WOW for the decoration as well. I needed to take back the pastry bag to the freezer many times.
And that's it...
I love RED!!!

Wow that looks amazing!! I didn't think those Wilton pans would work either, but you proved me wrong. It's truly beautiful!
