My name is Karen, I'm a Brazilian living in my second country in Europe (hoping to be the last:)). The nickname "Apple" has been following me since the first time I accessed internet when I was about 11 years old and I had to choose a username for my first e-mail. Apple (at that time, in Portuguese), was the first thing it came to my mind and it picked up among my friends later. And I also have an apple tattoo! I graduated in Graphic Design in Brazil, but looking for a new hobby, I decided to take cake decorating classes while living in the USA (2007-2010) and since then, I'm in love with baking, decorating and desserts. Brazilian Candies for Baby Shower...

I made those for Stephen and Michelle's baby shower. The ones with chocolate jimmies are brigadeiros (let's say Brazilian chocolate truffles) and the ones with white nonpareils are beijinho (made with coconut), humm I read somewhere they translated as coconut kisses.
