Autumn Cupcakes for a Cause...

Those were the cupcakes I made for Cupcakes for a Cause. It was a Bake Sale at Brooklyn Flea Market organized by Cupcakes Take The Cake. I hope we got to sell all cupcakes the volunteers took. I made them in Autumn Theme.

Coconut cupcakes decorated with marshmallow fondant and chocolate icing and coconut filling (Beijinho in Brazil):

Hello Karen.
My name is Dorota, I'm your husband's aunt and your mother's in law sister. :) Your blog is wonderful, you've got a talent! :) Ala, my sister, told me to ask you about two recipes. I mean: Brazilian Mini Carrot Cake and American Carrot Cake. Could you please send me these recipes? Marek has my e-mail address, so I look forward for it.
Best regards for both of you. :)Dorota
